At the University of Michigan, Winter Commencement is a festive, campus-wide event where undergraduates and masters degree recipients process onto the stage, PhD candidates process across the stage, and honorary degrees are conferred.

All graduates who would like to attend the ceremony must redeem a graduate ticket. Online ticketing is now closed. For questions regarding graduation eligibility, check the commencement eligibility page.

All graduates and guests entering the arena along with their belongings are subject to search. Guests are encouraged to travel lightly to expedite their entry into the facility.

Be sure to check the permitted and prohibited items lists before arriving at Crisler Center.
