Approx. 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

VOLUNTEER ROLES
Volunteers are needed in the following roles:

  • Program Tents & Guest Assistance
    Looking for volunteers that are excited to welcome guests to Michigan stadium.
    The main role is to pass out programs, however this position will also be in charge of answering a lot of guests’ questions.
  • Wheelchair Assistance
    This position assists by pushing guests in wheelchairs to their section around the stadium concourse. Volunteers assigned to this position may also be in charge of assisting guests at the wheelchair tents as they await a ride.
  • Golf Cart Driving
    This position will be responsible to provide golf cart rides around the stadium concourse to guests with limited mobility.
  • Greeter & Guest Assistance
    Looking for volunteers that are excited to welcome guests to Michigan stadium. This position will be stationed at the gates and shuttle bus drop-off locations. You will be in charge of answering a lot of guests’ questions.
  • Hotel
    These positions are at the various Ann Arbor hotels. This role will assist with questions, provide helpful information to guests before departing the hotel, and encourage them to use one of our shuttle buses as transportation to the ceremony.
  • Other
    As planning for commencement continues, we may have an opportunity for a few unique opportunities for volunteers. These positions may include, assisting with graduates and staffing VIP areas.

VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION
Volunteers may choose from the following orientation session times:

Monday, April 29: 4:45 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.
Tuesday, April 30: 8:15 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.
Tuesday, April 30: 11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.

Orientations will take place at the Junge Family Champions Center, next to Michigan Stadium.
